Sage ACT system allows the use of a whopping thousand emails per day whereas it is limited to about five hundred in the case of Salesforce.

Considering all these it is clear that Sage ACT has more advantages than Salesforce. But the market analysis shows that customers prefer the use of Salesforce also along with Sage ACT.  Sage ACT is an intelligent CRM system which helps in managing your sales and contacts. It is one of the leading CRM systems in the market and it comes with the advantage of low rates, less risks and failures and better success rates. Unnecessary risks have to be avoided in business and therefore only reliable CRM systems should be chosen in order to prevent failures.

Salesforce involves greater risk when compared to ACT and it is also much more costly. This is much more highlighted during the time of economic recession. It involves long term contracts and this is another disadvantage as most of the firms opt for different software platforms after a period of time.  Both these CRM systems provide you with a suitable exit strategy which is absolutely essential for maintaining flexibility in operations. As your business deals flourish your hosting requirements will also grow. Opting for Salesforce can be quite expensive when your requirements reach a higher level. This is in sharp contrast to ACT which provides clear cut and transparent pricing deals. The cost does not increase as you go down the lane of deals and the pricing remains the same for a particular period of agreement. The period of agreement can be in terms of years or in months.  These are the main differences when making a comparative study of Salesforce vs. ACT CRM
