Sugar CRM Subscription and Pricing plans
Sugar CRM previously had 2 paid subscription models. But in the last 12 months, Sugar has shifted into 4 paid subscription options. This mimics closely the offering of Salesforce.com. And across the board, the feature set for each pricing level compares favorably for Sugar.
Sugar CRM Professional Edition
Sugar CRM Professional Edition includes social CRM, full sales, marketing and support automation, e-mail integration, list and chart reporting, team selling, advanced security, and workflow automation.
It also includes Support for up to 22 languages, unlimited API calls, and even regular back-ups of your customer data. Users also have the option to deploy online in the cloud or on their own network.
Sugar CRM Corporate Edition
Sugar Corporate Edition includes everything in the Professional Edition. Users now can also access Sugar Mobile Plus. Storage limits increase from 15 to 30 GB and Technical support times increase from 8 hours to 12 hours M-F.
Sugar CRM Enterprise Edition
Sugar CRM Enterprise Edition is big jump. New features include the Offline client – which allows users to have an offline copy of the database and thus work even while in an airplane. The customer self-service portal is also another great addition in the Enterprise edition. This portal allows customers to be provided a login to a portal and view data that the SugarCRM administrator has configured for them to be able to view. Storage size increases from 30GB to 60GB as well. This version also supports Oracle as the database (not only MS SQL). Phone support is another nice addition.
Sugar CRM Ultimate Edition
The Ultimate Edition of SugarCRM introduces the Lotus Domino Server integration as well as a robust increase in storage capacity – from 60GB to 250GB. Support also jumps from 12 hours a day M-F to 24×7 telephone and email support.
