Sugar is probably the best bang for the buck on the market. If you need a great tool that provides a great feature set, Sugar delivers. They don’t nickel and dime the user. Instead, their pricing plan gives you tons of features at a low cost point.

In Zoho’s pricing policy, the objective is to get the user to invest in Zoho at a cheap price and then upgrade them to more expensive pricing levels, while Sugar pricing policy gives you the entire CRM for $30 per user per month. Period.
