During several CRM Comparison sessions, Salesforce.com will oftentimes argue that they have more features than SugarCRM. This may be true, but it doesn’t mean that users will benefit greatly from them. Salesforce.com usually puts in all the possible features in their software releases because of the apparent incapacities of their multi-tenant database models. The term itself doesn’t sound all too good. The fact that many users will share the same database would mean that they will also suffer from glitches such as feature overload as a result of too much features added, even those which are absurdly unnecessary.
