Sugar CRM – Be more detailed and in control.

Sugar CRM is quiate a bit more in depth when it comes to features that require more customized workings. The list of built in modules is much larger than what Zoho has to offer. If you have a lot to do with contacts and need a great lead management system than Sugar CRM might be for you. Sugar allows you to use a more detailed dashboard and mobile access.

The Difference is the CRM Pricing Policy

Bottom line is that both of these systems are easy to use, cost effective for small and middle sized business uses and are suitable for both the novice and more experienced CRM user. When it comes to which one of these CRM platforms is the best for you company, it comes down to a personal choice.

The biggest difference is that SugarCRM provides a complete feature set for $30 per user per month. On the other hand, Zoho offers a lower starting point yet requires minor upgrades for small features such as Outlook integration, Email blasts and Marketing automation. In Zoho’s pricing policy, the goal is to get you in the door and upgrade you to higher and higher levels, while Sugar pricing policy gives you the entire CRM for $30 per user per month. Period.
